Who this is for

Specialized care is designed for individuals with chronic conditions, cognitive impairments, or those recovering from medical procedures who need trained, condition-aware caregivers. Our team receives specialized training to understand the unique challenges and best practices for each condition.

This service is ideal for families who need caregivers with experience in handling behavioral changes, mobility limitations, communication difficulties, or specialized dietary needs.

How specialized care works

  1. Comprehensive assessment: We discuss the client's specific condition, medical history, behavioral patterns, and family preferences
  2. Specialized caregiver matching: We pair clients with caregivers trained in their specific condition or recovery needs
  3. Customized care plan: Detailed plan addressing condition-specific needs, safety protocols, and communication strategies
  4. Ongoing coordination: Regular family updates and coordination with healthcare providers (as appropriate)

We provide non-medical home care. For emergencies, call 911. Specialized care complements—but does not replace—medical treatment from licensed healthcare professionals.
