Who this is for
Long-term care is designed for seniors and adults with chronic health conditions, mobility limitations, cognitive decline, or those recovering from major medical events who need consistent, ongoing support to remain safely at home.
Many families choose long-term care as an alternative to assisted living or nursing facilities, allowing their loved ones to age in place with dignity and independence in a familiar environment.
